this is officially my last session of 2008! and I’m so pleased I closed my year with these beautiful boys. at 6 days old, baby anderson knows what he wants already and he wanted my cold hands off of his bottom, it was tricky to get him back to sleep but once he did it…boom we got the best shoots!… and his older, very well behaved, brother was just pure sweetness, he played by himself the whole time, talked on the phone and sat in my lap to see his pictures in the camera. i enjoyed it very much. thanks melissa for your kindness and patience. have a beautiful holiday!

Little Fin… this sweet, little guy did so well during our session last week, I couldn’t believe it, he barely fussed after all of the moving around, the cold, the noise and the annoying girl with the “big black thing” on her face. He is a real cutie, maybe in a year he will be leaving all of his toys on our driveway, to pay us back for all the times that Martin, his dad, had to bring back our son, Luca’s,  bikes, cars and balls.

what a fun session!… Avery, Caroline and Molly are 3 kind, fun and beautiful girls who I had the pleasure to photograph last week. eventhough they are very different from each other they  get along fantastically, like I have never seen before, and like I hope my kids will be as they grow up. it was a session full of hugs and kisses, laughs and cuddling, it made me want to have a sister, and believe me, I never missed that before……mom and dad are super laid-back…loved it!  dad was my assistant for the day, (thanks Rick, you did great I owe you a beer!)…. well girls here you have a sneak peek of the session, and contrary to what some of you thought, you look gorgeous (I told you, you would). see you soon!

last week had  what I planned to be my last QPP (quick pix party) of this year, it was one of those perfect “shootings”–except for the fact that I got lost for an hour on my way home–great location, gorgeous light, mothers that stayed away from the “say cheese” routine from the back of my camera, and 6 fun, smart, cooperative and model-looking kids that made my work so easy that afternoon. what I like the most about our quick pix parties is that they are just fun.  the hostess always has yummy snacks that I can’t resist and since the mothers are usually all friends, it’s a great get-together for them too!  check out the sneak peaks of this last party …

What a great way to start my new blog!….Alexander is 8, he lives down the street, I always thought he was such a cool kid, not only his looks but also his vibe. When Julie, his mom, contacted me to book a session, I was very excited. 2 weeks ago I had the pleasure to photograph him, we had a blast! he was so creative and  fun that all I had to do was click the shutter.
